We're Hiring: Front-of-House Superstar – World Gym Granville
Are you bubbly, friendly, and love making people feel welcome? World Gym Granville is looking for a front desk legend to be the first smile our members see when they walk in the door.
About Us:
We're not just a gym—we're a community. As the 2024 & 2025 Cumberland Business Award Winner, we've grown fast and built something special. Now we're looking for someone just as passionate about people as we are about fitness.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting members and guests with a warm, upbeat vibe
- Making delicious protein shakes and smoothies
- Selling gym merchandise and supplements
- Answering calls, handling enquiries, and managing bookings
- Keeping the front desk and lounge area looking fresh and inviting
- Supporting the team with general admin and daily operations
We'd Love to See:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or fitness a big plus)
- Someone energetic, organised, and great with people
- Confidence in handling payments and upselling products
Availability for 30–35 hours a week (flexible roster with weekends preferred)
