Your role: What you'll do
- Learn to set up and operate machine tools including lathes, mills, drills, and CNC machines
- Assemble and fit components in hydraulic cylinders and manifolds
- Perform basic quality checks and measurements under supervision
- Work as part of a collaborative team to meet project goals
- Prioritize safety and contribute to a positive, responsible workshop culture
Training & Certification
- 1st year Fitter Machinist Apprenticeship with opportunity to attain a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
- Comprehensive in-house training by qualified tradespeople
- External training through TAFE NSW to complement hands-on experience
