Your role: What you'll do

  • Learn to set up and operate machine tools including lathes, mills, drills, and CNC machines
  • Assemble and fit components in hydraulic cylinders and manifolds
  • Perform basic quality checks and measurements under supervision
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to meet project goals
  • Prioritize safety and contribute to a positive, responsible workshop culture

Training & Certification

  • 1st year Fitter Machinist Apprenticeship with opportunity to attain a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
  • Comprehensive in-house training by qualified tradespeople
  • External training through TAFE NSW to complement hands-on experience
  • Paid apprenticeship with structured progression
