What's On Offer**
- Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)

About Us
Westhaven is, and will continue to be, the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW. Westhaven provides client-centric, high quality programs and activities that provide whole of life support for people with disability, including offering houses that are homes, enabling choice and control and supporting participants to live life the way they choose.
Mandatory Requirements
As a Support Worker, you will have:
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
Highly Regarded But Not Essential
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent
A day in the role of a Disability Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to people who may be facing various challenges.
- Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
- Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
- Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
