HVAC Technician / Plumber

Neighbourhood Plumbing is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced HVAC Technician / Plumber to join our motivated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both plumbing and HVAC, with exposure to a wide variety of sites and systems.


The Role
  • Service, maintenance, and breakdowns across a variety of commercial and residential sites
  • Exposure to central plant, chillers, and large-scale HVAC assets
  • Hot water systems, gas lines, ducted heating, split systems & plumbing maintenance
  • Delivering high-level customer service and technical solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades, refurbishments, and project works
  • Working within a motivated team, supported by trade-focused leadership

What You'll Need
  • Certificate III in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
  • VBA Plumbing Registration
  • D Grade Electrical Licence (optional)
  • White Card & valid Driver's Licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a professional customer-first approach
