Scheduler to start immediately
in

Canberra

to work on SEA2020 projects
.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  : Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and align project schedules.

• Master Schedule Management
  : Build, review, and maintain a detailed schedule outlining milestones, deliverables, and activities.

• Critical Path & Dependencies
  : Develop and maintain the project's critical path and track interdependencies across tasks.

• Risk & Issue Management
  : Identify, communicate, and mitigate schedule risks and variances while collaborating on solutions.

• Expectation Management
  : Manage multi-level stakeholder expectations, especially when priorities shift or unforeseen issues arise.

What You'll Bring

• Integrated Master Scheduling
  : Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed schedules with milestones, deliverables, activities, and interdependencies.

• Project Management Tools
  : Skilled in using MS Project, ServiceNow, and other project management software to support schedule development.

• Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
  : Proficient in agile practices, proactively collaborating with project managers, teams, and stakeholders.

• Schedule Accuracy & Reporting
  : Conducts requirement validation, regular reviews, and produces executive-ready reports including S-curves.

• Program Management Office Expertise
  : Acts as a key PMO member, managing schedules and associated risks to ensure effective delivery

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum
Negative Vetting 1
or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
