Our portfolio includes a range of properties and facilities requiring ongoing maintenance along with diversified construction works. This in-house role is part of a small, professional team dedicated to maintaining and constructing our assets across the different arms of our business both locally and regionally.

The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced qualified and highly motivated Carpenter / Joiner to join our team. You'll handle a diverse variety of small building works, repairs, and maintenance tasks, working across different properties and projects. While primarily Perth-based, some occasional regional work may be required.

What You'll Do

  • Undertake construction, carpentry and joinery works, including fit-outs, repairs, and installations.
  • Carry out routine and reactive maintenance to the highest standard.
  • Adapt to varied projects within different parts of the business.
  • Maintain safe work practices at all times.

What You'll Bring

  • Trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in carpentry, joinery, and small building works.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Current driver's licence.
