WHAT WE OFFER

  • Casual Role:
    DIDO outage, located at
    Bayswater Power Station
    in
    Muswellbrook, NSW
  • Project Dates:
    Staggered start dates
    from mid-September,
    running approximately until late-November
  • Roster:
    Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts
  • Competitive Rate:
    EBA rates $54.80 p/h (including 25% casual loading) + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Project Uplift
  • Other Benefits:
    Join a supportive team delivering Downers major Bayswater outage. LAFHA or Accommodation + Meal Allowance provided to distant workers

The Opportunity

Downer's
Energy & Utilities
business has opportunities for casual
Boilermakers
to deliver outage services for the Bayswater Power Station in
Muswellbrook, NSW
. Commencing
mid-September 2025,
Downer will be providing mechanical and project services throughout the outage supporting with pressure piping replacements; ducting patch repair works and damper installations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Site Proficient:
    Experienced in outages and projects in the power generation or heavy industrial sector
  • Team Oriented:
    Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills
  • Workplace Safety:
    Committed to safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues
  • Qualifications:
    Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E), Working at heights (RIIWHS204E) (within 3 years) Construction white card, Rights to work in Australia
  • Trade cert
    -
    Welding qualifications will complete an onsite weld test - VOC onsite
