We're on the hunt for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to bring good vibes and great service to our Collective stores

Who we are

Lollipop Collective is home to local small businesses, all trading together under one roof in some of Victoria's biggest shopping centres – Southland, Northland and Watergardens. Every day, we connect customers with unique, handcrafted and giftable products.

What you'll be doing

  • Opening & closing the store with care
  • Greeting customers and delivering customer service
  • Building great relationships with our vendors and supporting their products
  • Keeping displays looking beautiful and organised
  • Processing sales through our register system
  • Helping prevent theft
  • Jumping in to cover shifts when needed (reliability is a must)
