About the role

Alpha Allied Health is seeking experienced Podiatrists and Physiotherapists to join our team working in the community across Melbourne predominately in the Eastern, South East and Northern suburbs. This is a contract role, offering flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting home visits to community clients in Melbourne. Predominately working with an adult to older-adult caseload.
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for community clients.
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary Qualifications and Professional Membership in Podiatry or Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
