Home Care Workers
to provide exceptional support to individuals across Hornsby area.

In this role you will be travelling to clients' homes and a current NSW drivers' licence and motor vehicle is essential.

Your Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide tailored support, including:

• Personal care, such as showering, dressing and grooming for male and female clients.
• Preparing and cooking meals and assisting with household tasks.
• Household duties including washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Providing social support and encouraging engagement in social activities by partnering with clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Providing Transport – appointments, shopping, and social outings.
• Providing Respite – being with clients to give their Carers a break.

What You Bring To The Role

• A genuine passion for caring for others.
• Previous experience in home care or a willingness to learn.
• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community) desirable.
• Availability to work across various locations in Greater Sydney.
• A current NSW driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle (essential).
• Valid First Aid Certificate and a current police check (or willingness to obtain).
