As we head into one of our busiest times of the year, we are looking for customer focused and passionate team members to join our chocolate loving team at our Melbourne Airport stores to work 2-5 shifts per week across a 7-day roster. Shifts vary from 6am to 9pm.

If you love chocolate and are passionate about customer service, then this is your opportunity to be part of a team that delivers an amazing customer service experience through sampling and product knowledge, while assisting with the general operations of the store including packing products and stocking shelves.

To be part of our team you'll need:

• Experience in retail or customer facing roles
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Maturity and initiative
• Flexibility
• Confident communication style
• Reliability
• Reliable transport to commute to airport for early starts (06.00am) or late finishes (9.00pm) - preferably live within close proximity to the Airport
• Permanent resident or hold FULL Working Visa without limitations.
• Must not conflict with student commitments

As we're located in airport environments, we operate 7 days week and outside of traditional working hours. Flexible working hours are available.  All candidates must have reliable transportation to allow for early morning starts, or late finishes.
