Are you passionate about advancing renal nursing care through education and mentorship? This is your opportunity to join a dedicated Renal team as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), supporting Haemodialysis/ Renal services.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead clinical education programs that empower nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. You'll apply adult learning principles and diverse teaching strategies to build capability across all levels of nursing, while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Working closely with the clinical teams, educators, management, SWSLHD Renal Nurse Manager, Dialysis Nurse unit Manager, Renal HoD and CNC's. You'll help shape the future of renal care through innovation, leadership, and continuous improvement
About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) you will be involved in the development, education, and mentorship of the nursing team. The role offers Haemodialysis nursing education, providing evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

What You'll be Doing
Deliver patient centred, evidence-based care with focus on haemodialysis and chronic kidney disease (CKD) care in accordance with relevant standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
