Our Dreamers room is a small room of up to only 8 children per day.

Our Liverpool Centre is a 40 placed centre and equipped with the most modern and up to date equipment. Our friendly team are committed to providing the highest quality care and education to all of our children.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Room Leader to join our existing team of childcare Educators. You will work alongside experienced educators and gain exposure to children of all age groups.

About the Role:
-Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment
-Facilitate & lead the learning experiences for your allocated room
-Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
-Complete observations and portfolios for children in your allocated room
-Maintain effective communication with parents throughout the service
-Create & maintain positive working relationships with all team members
-Contribute to and implement a Quality Improvement Plan
-Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times

The successful candidate will ideally have:
-Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
-Good knowledge of the NQS & EYLF including Assessment & Rating
-Current Working with Children Check
-Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
-Completed Child Protection Training
-Ability to lead & work as part of a cohesive and supportive team environment, nurturing authentic connections with children & families
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-Good time management skills and able to work with minimum supervision using own initiatives
-Previous experience in a similar role

-Hold or ability to obtain Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
