The role:

We're currently seeking a skilled and fully qualified Cabinet Maker/Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet making, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high end joinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery according to design specifications
  • Reading and interpreting shop drawings
  • Preparation of Satin board, various Timbers and Veneers
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines

Who are we looking for?

The candidate must be motivated and reliable with the following:

  • A trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or Shopfitting
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines
  • Strong understanding of different industry materials and hardware
  • Valid driver's licence essential
  • Experience in curved work and metal integration
  • Prior installation experience
