Spray Foam Insulation Installer

SprayIT Solutions is a successful, family-owned company specialising in spray polyurethane foam insulation. Operating across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and Australia-wide since 1995, we're experiencing strong growth and are looking for another reliable, hands-on team member to join us.

• Earn upwards of $100K/year once trained (plus regular paid overtime)

• Permanent full-time role – work is steady and long-term

• No insulation experience needed – full training on all equipment and techniques

• Support to upskill – MR Truck License & EWP paid for by us (if needed)

• Semi-Regular travel across regional Victoria & interstate – all expenses fully paid

You'll install cutting-edge spray foam insulation on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. The role is physical, hands-on, and varied – no two days are the same.

Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 7am–4pm
Location: Melbourne-based with some travel

• Experience in a building or trade-related role (e.g. construction, roofing, plastering)

• White Card

• Physically capable – must be able to lift 25kg, use ladders, and work in tight spaces

• Full driver's license (clean record) and own reliable vehicle

• MR Truck License and/or EWP ticket preferred – or willing to obtain (we'll pay)
