The HR & Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in managing payroll processes and supporting HR operations within a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This position is based in Henderson Perth, and requires a detail-oriented admin professional with an understanding of payroll systems and employment regulations.

Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end payroll process, making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with current legislation.
  • Keep employee records up to date and ensure our HR systems are always current.
  • Support recruitment efforts - from posting job ads to coordinating interviews like a pro.
  • Get involved in on boarding and employee engagement initiatives that make a real impact.
  • Prepare insightful HR and payroll reports to keep leadership informed.
  • Be the go-to for employee queries around payroll and HR policies - with a helpful and timely approach.
  • Help ensure compliance with workplace regulations and assist with audits when needed.
  • Collaborate across departments to keep operations running like clockwork.

Profile

A successful HR & Payroll Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in industrial/manufacturing settings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software including MYOB.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
