Specialist Receptionist

Location: Coffs Harbour, NSW

Hours: 4–5 days per week

Coffs Coast Specialist Services is seeking an experienced Specialist Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This role supports our Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and wider specialist team in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

About the Role

You'll be the welcoming face of our specialist clinic, responsible for providing efficient, professional front-desk and administrative support including:

• Managing patient appointments, referrals, and correspondence
• Processing billing and Medicare/Health Fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records in Gentu software
• Liaising with patients, hospitals, and referrers
• Supporting clinical staff and assisting with the smooth running of the practice

About You

• Previous experience in a specialist medical practice, ideally in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Proficient in Gentu (or similar medical software)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
