IT 4 Retirees Pty Ltd is a national computer & technology training organisation specialising in the over 50 demographic. We have a team of 27 trainers located in the major cities helping over 14,000 seniors since business inception. We work with Home Care providers, retirement villages, councils, libraries and community groups to help members and residents with their IT needs. Our trainers manage their workload to ensure work/life balance. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys part-time or casual hours.

Qualifications & experience

  • Training & tutoring experience essential (1-on-1 and 1-to-many)

  • Proficient use of smartphones, tablets, computers & smart devices

  • Patience, knowledge & skills to help older people with technology

  • Caring & trustworthy applicants only, looking for a long term role

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Majority of tasks are 1-on-1 training/tutoring at client's home.

  • Must be based in North Eastern Metro Melbourne region/surrounds (Merri-Bek, Darebin, Banyule, Moone Valley etc) have a drivers licence and vehicle

  • Classroom training (small group up to 10 attendees)

  • Speaking engagements (seminar style up to 150 attendees)

  • Webinar delivery

  • Buyer advocacy

  • Telephone support
