Retail Inventory Lead
role at our
Waurn Ponds
store. We are looking for an experienced stock hand who is self-motivated , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity. If you're hyper-focused on accuracy, enjoy partnering with a leadership team and leading others, and enjoy maximising efficiencies across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, then this role may just be for you

A Bit About You...

  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and time management
  • Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
  • Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
  • Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional development
  • An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
