About the Role

While maintaining and nurturing existing relationships will be a key part of the role, there is a strong focus on developing new business across the steel roofing sector in Canberra. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, identify opportunities to expand market share, and represent the business as a trusted partner in the industry. Working closely with internal teams, this role requires someone who can balance relationship management with proactive sales development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within the steel roofing sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and professional service.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to specification.
• Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth strategies.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and product solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and performance objectives in line with company goals.
• Represent the business at industry events and trade functions as required.

Salary and Benefits

Base $120k-$140k | 12% Super | Company Car | Commission
