Your opportunity:

Contribute to the effective delivery of a professional and client focused medical employment service to management and staff within Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals.

Medical employment involves the functions of coordinating recruitment and appointment processes for all medical staff ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Queensland Health (QH) policy.

Continuously develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies for medical officers and departments.

To provide and ensure high quality support, advice, information, and reporting to Manager Medical Administration, Director of Medical Services, Clinical Directors on key issues, improving on ways to continuously improve service delivery.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $57,088 p.a., comprising salary between $45,416 - $50,035 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.)
