We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing Queensland Fire team, based out of Mansfield.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Fire team in Queensland, where you will play a crucial role in managing the outcomes of several portfolios throughout Queensland – this includes managing, coordinating, scheduling, supporting & motivating personnel to ensure labour, materials and services into a profitable outcome.

Additionally, the Account Manager will assist with identifying and optimising processes to ensure efficiency across all facets of the delivery process, as well as promote the company's range of services & products to customers and clients for Fire Systems and Equipment.

Key Competencies

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience, or a demonstrated capability, to lead a team of field and support staff to provide exceptional service to customers
  • Experience in Fire, Mechanical Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation abilities and skill
  • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage, multi-task and achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
