We're currently looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Morley outlet. If you're passionate about health and fitness, thrive in a leadership role, and want to be part of a high-energy team, we want to hear from you

About You

You're a confident and enthusiastic leader with a genuine passion for health and fitness. You love helping people, know how to create an outstanding in-store experience, and can lead a team to deliver top results.

  • Ready to support others and grow your own skills in the process

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Drive sales and meet/exceed KPIs
  • Lead, train, and manage a passionate team
  • Oversee stock control and visual merchandising
  • Create staff rosters
  • Support B2B outreach and local marketing initiatives
  • Manage general admin tasks and reporting
  • Promote the store through social media

Skills & Experience
  • Previous retail management experience (essential)
  • Strong product knowledge in vitamins, health foods, and sports supplements
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
  • Comfortable working toward KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience in team leadership, stock control, and rostering
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bonus points for formal qualifications in nutrition or fitness
