We are a vibrant and supportive club offering gymnastics programs for all ages and abilities, from beginner recreational classes through to competitive pathways at State and National level. Our mission is Real Gymnastics, Real Fun – we believe in delivering quality coaching in a safe, inclusive and positive environment.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated WAG Advanced Coach to contribute to both our competitive and recreational programs. You'll be coaching athletes from foundation levels through to advanced competition groups, helping them build confidence, skills and a love for gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver safe, engaging and progressive training sessions.
  • Coach across both competitive squads and recreational classes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to athletes of all ages and abilities.
  • Assist in preparing gymnasts for competitions and club events.
  • Work collaboratively with our coaching team to enhance programs.

About You:

  • Current WAG Advanced Accreditation (or higher).
  • Enjoy coaching a wide range of athletes, from recreational to competitive.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and athlete-focused.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current First Aid/CPR, WWCC (Blue Card), and relevant industry checks.
