Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Services is part of the Industry Services Global Business Line, and it includes Advanced NDT, Materials Testing, In-Service Inspection, Failure Analysis, Welding Services, Engineering Consulting and software services.
About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a casual NDT Administrator to join our Industry Services Team in Adelaide. As the NDT Administrator you'll be at the heart of our NDT operations—supporting report management, data tracking, and document control to ensure seamless delivery to our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Timekeeping & Utilisation: Maintain accurate time and utilisation records for all NDT personnel, ensuring data integrity for daily and monthly reporting.
- Report Management: Type, issue, and manage all NDT reports within required turnaround times, coordinating revisions and maintaining version control.
- Document Control: File and archive all project documentation onsite, including welder qualifications, prototype records, and radiographic films.
- Workflow Administration: Support document workflows by scanning and uploading worksheets and requests into SharePoint and other designated systems.
- Spreadsheet Maintenance: Keep project registers and data sheets accurate for month-end reporting.
- Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for all report-related queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
What You'll Bring
- Strong administrative experience (ideally in engineering, NDT, or industrial projects).
- Excellent attention to detail and document-management discipline.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
