LabCo Scientific is an Australian owned and operated company supplying a variety of industrial science, food science, medical science, research and education products to our diverse and longstanding customer base, encompassing a host of industries.

About the Role

Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking a junior Warehouse Storeperson who is reliable with a strong work ethic to commence immediately on a full-time basis.

Work hours are:

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8am - 4pm

Start date for this role is 5th of January

  • Duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Picking and packing customer orders using warehouse scanners.

  • Loading, and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Incoming goods receival including checking contents using warehouse scanners.

Our Ideal candidate

  • A positive "can do" attitude who reports directly to the Warehouse Team Leader
  • It is essential you can work as part of a team and value teamwork.
  • Physically fit to undertake the duties of this position.
  • Current drivers license (essential).
  • Forklift license preferred but willing to provide this for the right candidate after probation.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft (favorable)
  • Possess sound interpersonal communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Reliable
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Pay a high attention to detail.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues / problems and promote quality and accuracy within all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a safe and responsible manner.
