*** Your Role

As a Y1–Y6 English & Maths Tutor/Lecturer at Realus, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build strong foundations in English and Maths.

• Teach not only enrichment classes, but also exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective School, OC, AMC competition prep) where required.

• Use MarsLadder AI to create a seamless after-class learning loop – guiding students from explanation to practice, feedback, and mastery.

• Provide constructive feedback to parents and collaborate with the teaching team to improve lesson materials.

• Actively contribute to our mentor-led training system, sharing insights and improving our hybrid teaching model.

• Inspire students with positivity, patience, and energy.

*** What We're Looking For (Y1-Y6 Tutor)

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to teach in full English.

• Passion for education and the ability to teach in a lively, inspiring, and student-friendly way.

• Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into teaching.

• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a high standard of work.

• Experience in teaching exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective, OC, AMC) is highly regarded.

• Previous K–6 enrichment or tutoring experience preferred.

• Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type).

• Availability to teach weekend classes.

As a Y7–Y12 Tutor/Lecturer, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Economics).

• Integrate MarsLadder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams.

• Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources.

• Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy.

• Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs, helping improve teaching quality across campuses.

• Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher.

*** What We're Looking For (Y7-Y12 Tutor)

• Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred).

• Experience in tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English.

• Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided).

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills – willing to share insights with the lecturer team.

• Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type).

• Weekend availability for senior classes.

1. Initial Phone Call – We will contact shortlisted candidates for a brief phone conversation to understand your background, subject expertise, and availability.

2. Demo Assignment – You will receive an email with Demo instructions (prepare a 10–15 minute teaching video)

3. Demo Video Submission – Record and submit your 10–15 minute demo video for evaluation.

4. Panel Review – All of our full-time lecturers will review your demo to assess your teaching style, clarity, and engagement. Only candidates who pass this stage will move forward.

5. On-Site Interview & Trial Lesson – Selected candidates will be invited for a 30-minute on-site trial lesson, where we evaluate your live teaching ability and classroom presence.

6. Final Evaluation & Offer – Successful candidates will receive an official offer to join Realus Education as part of our tutor team.
