Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to take charge of both Accounts Payable and Receivable functions? Join our vibrant Victoria Finance Team in Doncaster and become part of one of Australia's leading prestige automotive groups.

In this dynamic role, you'll lead a small, dedicated AR & AP to deliver accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across our financial operations. Working closely with senior management and dealership teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth financial processes that support our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes across multiple dealerships
  • Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and expense allocations in line with company policy and accounting standards
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely collection and accurate allocation of receipts
  • Prepare and review monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to ensure continuous improvement and high performance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy

Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance management roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential)
