About the Opportunity

We're building a pipeline of experienced, commercially astute Financial Controllers in WA who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working closely with dealership leadership and the Group Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in financial management, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across our dealerships.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader (automotive industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on performance outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with operational leaders.
  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach — you're someone who gets things done.
