About The Role
As an
EDM & Records Digitisation Officer
, you will:

  • Prepare, scan, and digitise physical files into electronic formats.
  • Ensure image quality through a quality assurance process.
  • Maintain accurate file locations and update records in the EDM system (CM9).
  • Support records management operations as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in digital conversion and retention practices.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, accountability, and efficiency in managing critical information assets.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Essential

  • Experience in records or information management.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with various software tools.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of applying the NSW State Records Act 1998 in particular Digitisation Specifications GA45 and Disposal Authority GA39

Desirable:

  • Experience using Kodak scanning applications.
