Your Opportunity
As Store Manager of Louis Vuitton Brisbane, you will lead one of the most prestigious luxury destinations in South Asia. Opened in 2023, our Brisbane store occupies the iconic former National Australia Bank building on Queen Street, a landmark that blends historical grandeur with contemporary design. Across three floors, the store unites French heritage with Australian artistry, featuring bespoke works by Indigenous artists such as Otis Hope Carey and Shaun Daniel Allen. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a team of over 30 talented professionals—including two Team Managers and a Clienteling Manager—and to deliver an unparalleled client experience in one of the most visually stunning stores in the region.
Job responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Define and execute a store-specific business strategy that drives commercial performance while reinforcing Louis Vuitton's iconic client experience.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and retention, building meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimising sales, merchandising, and operational effectiveness.
- Represent the Maison in the local community, strengthening the store's presence and brand image within Brisbane's thriving high street.
Team Development
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of over 30 staff, including two Team Managers and a Clienteling Manager.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous development, ensuring every team member embodies the Maison's values.
- Deliver ongoing performance management, feedback, and career development to nurture talent and support professional growth.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations to ensure flawless execution, exceptional client experiences, and adherence to brand standards.
- Optimise store layout, visual merchandising, and inventory management to maintain the highest levels of presentation and profitability.
- Champion omnichannel strategies, creating seamless experiences across all client touchpoints.

You are an inspirational and experienced luxury retail leader, with a proven track record of managing large teams in prestigious retail environments. You bring commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
