Are you a passionate Early Childhood professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Diploma-qualified Lead Educators to join our buzzing teams at Busy Bees at Cameron Park Preston and Busy Bees at Cameron Grove.

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping children's learning and development through inspiring programs, mentoring your team, and creating a safe and inclusive environment. You'll lead by example and help drive quality outcomes for children, families, and educators alike.

Busy Bees at Cameron Park Preston

Located in the North Lakes Estate within a welcoming residential area, our 94-place centre provides children with exciting opportunities and meaningful challenges in a stimulating and innovative learning environment. We celebrate each child's unique identity and support their learning through play and exploration.

Busy Bees at Cameron Grove

Set in a beautiful location, this 94-place centre boasts spacious outdoor environments including a mud kitchen, fort, swings, slides, vegetable garden, and sandpit. We foster curiosity, joy, and wonder in a homely atmosphere led by caring and passionate educators.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certification including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Confident and inspiring team leadership and mentoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create, implement and evaluate engaging programs
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader
  • Inclusive practices for children with additional needs
  • Proficiency with planning and documentation software
  • Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
