UWA College is The University of Western Australia's pathway college.  Designed to prepare international students for success at UWA, students benefit from a tailored learning experience across a range of Foundation and Diploma programs, providing the ideal preparation and a packaged pathway to continue their studies at UWA.

UWA College is operated and run under contract to the University by INTO University Partnerships.  INTO is an organisation working in partnership with 25 leading universities in the UK, USA, and Australia.  Investing in the development of world-class international student centres, INTO specialises in preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate study.

About the position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-organised and motivated Academic Services Officer to join our team at UWA College. This role is key to delivering high-quality academic and student support services in a fast-paced international education environment.

The Academic Services Officer will be responsible for a range of academic administration tasks including maintaining accurate student records, supporting timetabling and assessment processes, assisting with student enrolment and orientation, and providing day-to-day support to academic staff. The postholder will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that academic processes meet required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. They will be organised, approachable, and solutions-focused, with a proactive attitude to problem solving and a calm, professional approach to their work. Experience in student or academic administration is highly desirable, along with a commitment to delivering a positive experience for both students and staff.

This is a full-time, campus-based role, with occasional flexibility required to support key events and peak periods.
