About the Role
We're seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our factory in Caloundra. Your main responsibility will be to fabricate high-quality sliding wardrobe doors, assist with workshop operations, and contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and values job security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication of sliding wardrobe doors

  • Glass handling and cutting (experience preferred)

  • Assisting with workshop duties and material preparation

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

  • Following safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic – you show up on time, every time

  • High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Physically fit and capable of handling large/heavy products

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Glass cutting and/or cabinet making experience (preferred)

  • Manual driver's licence (required)

  • Forklift licence (desirable)

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:00pm, Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
