We are Hiring Supervisors & Assistant Managers – Henrietta Bondi

The iconic Henrietta is moving to an equally iconic location — Bondi Beach, opening this spring Known for its flame-grilled Middle Eastern flavours, vibrant energy, and feel-good hospitality, Henrietta Bondi will be a fun, fast-paced venue open 7 days a week. We're on the lookout for experienced Supervisors and Assistant Managers to join our leadership team and play a key role in this exciting new opening.


About the Roles

As a Supervisor or Assistant Manager at Henrietta Bondi, you will:

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive, and genuine service.
  • Oversee daily operations and support the Venue Manager in achieving service and business goals.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient service in a high-energy environment.
  • Create a fun, engaging workplace culture where the team thrives.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or casual-fine dining venue.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
  • A genuine love for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience.
