Convoluted Technologies is Australian owned and operates nationally since 2003. We manufacture a variety of specialty industrial hose assemblies and pressure pipe products distributed Nationally and Internationally.

We produce high-quality stainless steel hose assemblies  and distribute through a variety of industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas, and Petro-chemical .

Due to an aggressive growth strategy our business is expanding our welding team and as a result we are seeking to appoint a full time Tig Welder to join our Seven Hills (NSW) team for an immediate start.

Overview:

  • Perform preparation & Tig welding of our flexible metal industrial hose assemblies and associated piping.
  • Produce defect-free work (all work is pressure-tested for integrity)
  • Perform all work in accordance to approved quality and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all allocated tooling and equipment is maintained.
  • Assist other team members with project work as required.
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintenance of all safety requirements.

Required skills/qualities:.

  • Preference to trades qualified and ticketed welders
  • Capable of reading technical drawings and work instructions
  • Must be a strong communicator and problem-solver
  • Experience in Tig welding thin wall stainless steel products (Required)
  • Previous experience working in a Stainless Steel fabrication type environment.
  • Dedication to quality workmanship.
  • Team player.
