About the role
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at the Corio Village Medical Practice in Geelong, VIC. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work according to your availability and preferences.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensuring a safe and clean clinical environment
- Assisting with the supervision and training of junior nursing staff
What we're looking for
- A current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 2 years of experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based nursing practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
