We've been trusted by Australians for 130 years, now with 5,800+ people caring for 150,000+ clients nationally. This role is a chance to apply your D365 expertise to work that matters - improving how care is coordinated and delivered across the country.

facilitate workshops with SMEs, architects and delivery teams, clarifying trade‑offs so decisions are transparent and feasible. - Assure quality -
coordinate sprint and UAT testing, triage feedback and defects, and ensure documentation is up to date for a smooth BAU handover. Develop specifications in close consultation with vendor teams, covering roles and permissioning, entity and relationship modelling, data attributes, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, reports, dashboards, and test scripts. - Support integrations -
contribute practical inputs to finance and supply chain integration specifications to keep experiences joined-up from day one, including analysis of legacy database schemas and mapping to target state features.
