About the Opportunity We're seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to perform diagnostics, servicing, and rebuilds across a diverse fleet of CAT equipment — all within a clean, well-equipped workshop in Naval Base.
You'll be joining a close-knit crew that values safety, skill, and quality workmanship.
Equipment you'll work on includes:
- CAT 785 & 777 Haul Trucks
- CAT D10T & D9 Dozers
- CAT 24M & 14M Graders
- CAT 992 & 988 Loaders
With a fleet of 200+ assets
The Rewards
- $70/hr Casual – Temp to Perm ($3,325 per week gross)
- Or $60/hr Full-time – $156K per year + super
- Weekly pay, with overtime available
- Monday to Friday | 6am – 4pm | 50-hour weeks
- Secure long-term local position with pathways to Leading Hand or Coordinator roles
What We're Looking For Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter with strong experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CAT mining and earthmoving equipment.
Hands-on with haul trucks, dozers, graders, and loaders, confident working independently, and committed to safe, high-quality work.
CAT ET/SIS experience highly regarded.
