At Microboards Australia, we're seeking passionate and skilled Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to join our innovative and inclusive team.

Whether you're looking to work mostly independently while aligning with our values, or prefer to be deeply embedded in a collaborative multidisciplinary team — we're open to shaping the right fit for you.


What We're Looking For.
  • Experience and passion for supporting people with Communication Access Needs (CCN).
  • Knowledge of regulation and neuroscience-based support.
  • Strong values around promoting self-determination, and lived experience co-design and co-development of support.
  • Commitment to holistic, person- and family-led multidisciplinary practice.
  • Based in Perth Metro or South West WA (other WA locations considered).
