Job Description

We are looking for an
Administration Assistant
who will be predominantly based at our
Penrith
clinic, with travel to other clinics across Sydney.

In this role you will:

  • Provide general administrative support including emails, calls and reporting
  • Book and manage clinician appointments
  • Coordinate NDIS plans, service agreements and funding tasks
  • Liaise with participants, families and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, compliance requirements and database updates

Qualifications

About you:

  • • Empathetic, customer focused and passionate about supporting a vulnerable community


• Strong work ethic with initiative and excellent time management


• Confident communicator with experience in customer service or administration


• Ability to build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders


• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to clinics across Sydney
