Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the migration and optimization of analytics dashboards within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines technical mastery with strategic guidance, focusing on Data Cloud configuration, Tableau Next development, and CRMA dashboard transformation.

Core Expertise Required

Salesforce Data Cloud Configuration


• Experience in setting up and configuring Data Cloud to ingest Salesforce data for reporting and analytics.

Tableau Next (within Salesforce)


• Hands-on proficiency in building dashboards using Tableau Next (distinct from Tableau Cloud).

CRMA to Tableau Migration


• Ability to analyze, deconstruct, and rebuild existing CRMA dashboards with performance and usability enhancements.

Dashboard Design Best Practices


• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, maintainability, and user-centric design.

Agentforce/AI Integration (Preferred)


• Understanding of how Data Cloud can be leveraged for Agentforce and AI-driven use cases.

Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge


• Deep familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data flows, and integration points.

Key Responsibilities


• Transition six CRMA dashboards into Tableau Next with enhanced functionality.


• Configure Salesforce Data Cloud for seamless data ingestion.


• Ensure all dashboards follow best practices in design and scalability.


• Act as an expert and accelerator—guiding, mentoring, and upskilling the internal team throughout the engagement.
