Central Highlands Rural Health is currently accepting applications for After Hours Coordinator to join the nursing team at Trentham Aged Care on a permanent part-time basis.
Role Statement:
In the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON) and the Nurse Unit Managers (NUM), the After-Hours Coordinator (AHC) is responsible for the overall management of the Facility. The AHC will support the Executive and the NUM's in the provision and maintenance of quality care within Central Highlands Rural Health Services, through competent clinical and business practice, effective communication and active participation. The AHC will be a highly motivated leader, responsible for the maintenance of safety for patients, visitors and staff.
Details of Appointment:
Permanent Part Time position working 72 hours per fortnight.
Salary:
Afterhours Coordinator, as per award + Superannuation

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
