Elixir Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced Chef for our busy HQ cafe, operating Monday to Saturday.

The role is for 25+ hrs per week and includes NO nights, NO Sundays, NO Public Holidays

The successful applicant must have previous experience and the ability to do or possess the following:

  • Take pride when presenting and plating meals
  • Able to take directions, as well as work confidently on tasks independently.
  • Great communication skills
  • Keep up to date with cooking trends, best practices
  • Skills and knowledge of current food safety requirements and legislation

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant trade qualification in commercial cookery
  • Ability to work between the hours of 6am - 3pm
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanour
  • Be extremely team orientated
