The Opportunity - 12-month contract with opportunity to move to permanent

$32.55ph + Super & Benefits

Mon - Fri - 42.5hrs per week

This role will see you supporting the administrative duties in our Tarneit Warehouse. You'll manage freight coordination, reporting, compliance management and location checks. 

As the Warehouse Administrator, you'll also work to ensure our customers receive their correct orders on time and have a seamless end-to-end experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Report on and complete location checks
  • Manage freight coordination in line with procedures
  • Report and manage safety hazards as required
  • Respond to calls and emails within KPIs
  • Resolve delivery issues including disputes, shortages and batching problems
  • Appropriately file and manage paperwork and reporting
  • Develop strong channels of communication with internal stakeholders
  • Complete data entry and order processing
  • Complete all required administrative duties as per procedure

  • Planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A forklift licence is preferred but not essential
