Tabcorp is seeking a hands-on
Paid Search Specialist
to drive performance marketing across our digital platforms. This 3 month daily rate contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in-platform and is ready to make an impact in Australia's dynamic sport and racing landscape.

About The Role
You'll be responsible for advancing Tabcorp's growth objectives through strategic planning and execution of paid search campaigns. You'll manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimise campaigns to meet customer needs. Collaboration with our marketing team and agency partners is key to delivering best-in-class results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage search accounts across Tabcorp's portfolio.
  • Develop and optimise paid media strategies for cost-efficient growth.
  • Execute campaigns aligned with best practice principles.
  • Analyse performance data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee media budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations across multiple campaigns.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of agency-side paid digital media experience.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and SA360.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Tag Manager, and Branch.
  • Experience with app campaigns across search/social is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in Australia's sport and racing scene.
