Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven Experience: You bring at least 2 years' experience as a dental assistant, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical and patient care. You have a strong understanding of dental procedures and equipment enabling you to support a variety of practitioner's work styles efficiently and effectively. Experience with D4W is advantageous.
  • Integrity and Respect: You display a strong work ethic, and your interactions are marked by honesty, kindness, positive energy, integrity, and respect for both patients and team members.
  • Genuine Care for Patients: As a dental assistant, you are dedicated to delivering personalised care, making every patient feel genuinely comfortable and appreciated. We pride ourselves on treating our patients like friends, building trust and lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication: You are an excellent communicator, able to clearly and effectively convey information to patients, clinicians, management and team members. Your active listening skills and approachable manner ensure patients feel heard and supported, while your ability to collaborate seamlessly with the team helps maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
  • Team Player: You work cohesively with colleagues, valuing each team member's contributions, and are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for patients through mutual support and teamwork.

You display a strong ability to anticipate the needs of the dentist, ensuring a smooth and seamless workflow.   • Start your day strong by bringing your A-game to our morning huddle and gearing up for a productive and rewarding day.
  • Work hand-in-hand with a supportive and compassionate team to create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door.
  • Showcase your skills by providing outstanding chairside assistance to clinicians, taking initiative, staying organised, processing x-rays, capturing photographs and taking thorough notes.
  • Stay on top of things by managing lab work, stock and instrument tracking to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Communicate seamlessly with the entire team to ensure clinical appointments run efficiently and effectively.
  • Be a welcoming presence by greeting patients warmly, building connections and making sure they feel at ease throughout their visit.
  • Collaborate in a high-energy environment with a passionate, respectful and fun team focused on delivering the best possible care and outcomes for every patient.

Your pay will be dependent on your previous work history, skills and knowledge.
