White Runwayis a multichannel retailer specialising in bridesmaid dresses, bridal gowns and evening wear. We offer an on-trend selection of Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order gowns to suit any woman. Unlike any other boutique, White Runway stylists can turn every aisle into a runway by offering clients a selection of over 350 dress styles in more than 30 colour-ways in sizes 4-30, all designed and delivered to your door within 1-16 weeks.

The Role

We are looking for 2 Retail Stylists to join our growing Sydney team. Our boutique provides one-on-one appointments with our clientele. Your role will be to introduce clients into our showroom and style them for their milestone events.

The role is focused around delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships and providing a memorable experience for our clientele.

The right candidate loves fashion, has a positive can-do attitude, is sales driven and is able to empathise with the customer. You love working with people and thrive in a fast paced and fun environment. We are looking for someone special who will be able to exceed customer expectations, provide a fantastic experience for the customer and be part of our fast growing team.

The right candidate must be reliable, honest and trustworthy. They must be able to take on responsibility and possess:

  • Experience in fashion retail
  • Must be available to work on weekends and weeknights
  • Understanding of apparel, textiles, and fit
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Adaptable and able to engage with people of different personalities
  • Pro-active work ethic with the ability to take initiative
  • Contribute towards a dynamic team environment, whilst working predominantly autonomously
