The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and capable Construction Supervisor to manage residential and commercial projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a key role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, site leadership and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects to a high standard, on time and within budget

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal trade team

  • Plan, forecast and schedule works proactively

  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Construction Manager

  • Resolve site issues with suppliers and subcontractors swiftly

  • Ensure all job sites are clean, safe and compliant with WHS protocols

Project Types
Projects vary from school works to commercial and residential renovations.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Carpentry

  • QBCC Supervisor Licence

  • White Card (Construction Induction)

  • Eligible to obtain a Working With Children (Blue) Card

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (desirable)

  • Proven experience supervising both residential and commercial projects

  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and WHS compliance

  • Ability to use mobile job management apps to upload site info and photos

  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

  • Professional presentation and a 'can-do' attitude
