For 20 years, Geosurv has been at the forefront of surveying, utility locating and 3D scanning, proudly partnering on some of Australia's most iconic civil infrastructure and construction projects.
Now, as we celebrate two decades of growth, we're ready to refresh and elevate our brand. We're looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Coordinator to join us on a 6–9-month contract and help bring our vision to life. This is your chance to lead the creative side of our marketing and make a real impact.
Your impact
This is a hands-on, creative role. You'll take ownership of the brand refresh, helping to modernise our digital presence, create engaging content and bring ideas to life across all channels. You'll work with external agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure everything we put out reflects a fresh, modern, and visually compelling approach.
What you'll do
- Lead the creative side of our marketing, from concept to delivery, making our brand modern, visually appealing and consistent across all channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and contractors (designers, web developers, social media specialists) to execute projects on time and to high standards.
- Create and capture content for social media, campaigns, newsletters and other marketing channels, including photography and basic video.
- Support a website refresh, ensuring content, design and visuals align with our updated brand.
- Develop campaign calendars, content plans and marketing roadmaps in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Help design and produce marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials.
- Stay on top of trends, bring new creative ideas to the table and help shape Geosurv's visual identity and storytelling.
- Act as a central point of contact for marketing activities, bridging internal teams and external partners
About you
- Creative, proactive and hands-on, you enjoy turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
- Experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong visual sense: photography and basic video skills are a plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Organised, adaptable and able to work independently.
- Ideally, 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or creative role, must be in B2B or professional services.
- Experience working on projects within the construction or engineering sectors is a huge bonus. You'll have an understanding of the industry, our messaging and the type of people we want to engage.
